Arsene Wenger believes his Arsenal team can beat Borussia Dortmund and seal their place in the next round of the Champions League.
The Gunners have Abou Diaby (ankle) available but Thomas Rosicky (thigh) is out, while Laurent Koscielny is set to play in the absence of Carl Jenkinson (back) and Bacary Sagna (ankle).
"Everyone is conscious it is a very important night for us," said Wenger.
"We feel strong enough to finish the job."
Dortmund have struggled this season, but they showed signs of getting back to their best when they beat Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich on Saturday.

The German side dashed Arsenal's hopes of starting their Champions League campaign with an away win in a 1-1 draw in September.
Substitute Ivan Perisic's superb late volley cancelled out Robin van Persie's opener at the Signal Iduna Park.
But Wenger said: "Both teams have improved since - we have grown, they have grown.
"Every player and every member of staff is conscious that it is a very important night for us.
"It is another big test for our solidity and we will go into the game with that attitude, concentration and desire to win.
"We feel strong enough to be at home and finish the job."
Mario Gotze scored the only goal of the game but, with reports linking him with a big-money move to Arsenal, Wenger has played down any transfer talk.
"We have a big squad and we are not after anybody," he said.
"Gotze is a very good player. I can understand there is a lot of interest in him around Europe.
"On our side, I do not think this is the best time to talk about it.
"We play against Dortmund on Wednesday and we must concentrate on the game, not transfers."
Provisional Squad: Szczesny, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Mertesacker, Santos, Walcott, Song, Ramsey, Arteta, van Persie, Gervinho, Fabianski, Arshavin, Coquelin, Chamakh, Djourou, Benayoun, Diaby.
